Blaine’s practice focuses on patent litigation related to electrical and computer engineering technologies.
Prior to joining the firm, Blaine served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Leonard Davis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Blaine graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, Blaine earned the highest overall grade in six courses, and he served as the Publications & Marketing Editor of the Houston Law Review. Blaine is also a member of the Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu engineering honor societies.
