Heim, Payne & Chorush Attorneys Earn High Marks for Intellectual Property, Antitrust Expertise in 2025 Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Rankings
The publishers of the annual Texas Super Lawyers and Texas Rising Stars rankings once again have selected a group of experienced attorneys from Houston’s Heim, Payne & Chorush for their work in high-stakes intellectual property trials and nationwide antitrust cases involving pharmaceutical patents.
Firm founder Michael Heim has earned selections in Super Lawyers rankings every year for more than two decades. Joining him on the 2025 list of the state’s top lawyers are fellow name partners Russell Chorush and Leslie Payne and longtime firm partner Eric Enger.
Heim, Payne & Chorush partner Blaine Larson is recognized again as one of the state’s top young lawyers on the 2025 Texas Rising Stars list, which is reserved for no more than 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys statewide.
Mr. Heim was recently recognized as the Houston Patent Litigation Lawyer of the Year in the latest edition of The Best Lawyers in America, which also featured the firm’s Super Lawyers honorees and other attorneys from Heim, Payne & Chorush for their success in the same types of cases.
